1. Supervision & Personal Responsibility

All children, young people and dependent adults must be accompanied at all times by a parent, legal guardian or responsible carer aged 18 or over.

The accompanying adult is solely responsible for:

SENsis does not provide childcare services.

Children and dependants must not be left unattended.

SENsis staff do not provide personal, medical, behavioural or intimate care.

This includes:

Any required personal or medical care must be provided by the accompanying adult.

Parents and carers are responsible for ensuring the environment is suitable for the attendee’s physical, sensory, medical and behavioural needs.

Known triggers, conditions or risks must be managed by the accompanying adult.

SENsis is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all visitors.

Staff are trained in safeguarding awareness.

If safeguarding concerns arise, appropriate action may be taken in accordance with safeguarding procedures and legal obligations.

Cancellations more than 48 hours before a session may be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
No refunds for non-attendance.
SENsis may cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances; a refund or alternative session will be offered.

Photography for personal use is permitted provided:

SENsis will not use photographs of children for marketing without written parental consent.

Visitors must:

Failure to follow safety guidance may result in removal from the session without refund.
