These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the SENsis website and to all bookings made through it.

By using this website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.


2. About Us

SENsis is a sensory play centre providing structured play sessions for children and young people, including those with additional needs.

3. Use of This Website

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website

  • Attempt unauthorised access to systems

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

We may update these Terms at any time.


4. Bookings

Bookings are processed via the Amelia online booking system.

A booking is confirmed only once:

  • Payment has been successfully processed via Stripe; and

  • A confirmation email has been received.

SENsis reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion.


5. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. SENsis does not store or have access to full card details.

Prices are displayed in GBP (£).


6. Cancellation & Visitor Policies

All visitors must comply with our Visitor Policies, which include:

  • Supervision & Personal Responsibility

  • Safeguarding

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Photography & Media Guidelines

  • Health & Safety Expectations

These are set out on our Visitor Policies page and form part of these Terms.


7. Liability

SENsis does not provide childcare services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SENsis is not liable for:

  • Loss of personal belongings

  • Incidents arising from failure to follow centre rules

  • Incidents arising from inadequate supervision


8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including branding, logos, images and text) is owned by SENsis and may not be reproduced without permission.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
